At a small-team callout, one person runs base while also flying the incident drone, tracking radio traffic on paper. The failure mode isn't a missing form — it's a team that's been silent for forty minutes without anyone noticing.

Base Support keeps the 30-minute radio check-in clock for every deployed team and drives the escalation ladder when one goes quiet: recall attempts, cell contact, and the decision to leave base, each timestamped as it happens rather than reconstructed afterward. It handles K9, law enforcement, and drone teams, personnel accountability, finds, and subject information with one-click masking when a family member approaches base. At close-out it produces the radio log, mission timeline, and summary an agency needs.

Fully functional with no network connection. Built with Electron, React, and TypeScript.
